Next year, ALPARC will already be celebrating 20 years of existence. The preparations for the next General Assembly in Austria which will open the anniversary year 2015, have begun. New themes, are being tackled within the network. An example of these is the setting up process of an alpine macro region, in which the parks and nature reserves of the Alps will have an important role to play. Read more
